At Weighting 4Me School of Transformation, our mission is to create a heart-centred space where individuals can unlock their unique expression, access their deepest truth and have the courage to bring it out into 3D, creating a brand new reality for themselves and everyone they touch with their lives.

What exactly is an awakening? What does it mean and how do you even know if you are currently experiencing one? 

Awakening, literally means to wake up. It is simply the consistent process of shifting your body’s awareness and energy systems (mind, emotions, and body) out of the state of numb, unconscious powerlessness in order to guide your life to true freedom and abundance.

It is so important, in fact, that I wrote an article about it here, in my Blog.

“Awakening” is, calling back all your energy, and redirecting it to your heart—the true powerhouse of everything you long for.

What’s the difference between true empowerment and oversaturation or information overload? Do you know how to shift between the two?
